This is by far the best kept secret as far as restaurants go not just in Montana. I’ve been a lot of places but nothing compares. If this were in a bigger town/city we may never get in. Worth the drive 💯 and you can make a trip out of it by visiting the underground city that have her once was.

My wife and chose this restaurant for our 33rd anniversary. The service, food, drink, and overall experience was that of a high end dining experience. The meal we had was fabulous to include the wine we paired with it. The server we had was great always checking on us. She even went the extra mile to put "Happy Anniversary!"on our dessert plates. Absolutely no complaint from either one of us. We will go back. Thank very much for a memorable meal and evening.
Ok first of all, I live in Illinois and I’ve eaten here 3 separate times on two different business trips. I mean no offense to the great people of Havre, but it flat blows my mind that there’s a place this good in a town of like 10k people. I’ve never had a bad experience. My pictures do NOT do justice to the food. It is absolutely top notch. My wife and I were very hungry tonight when we came so we did salads, several sides (including the sweet potato tater tots, the candied Brussels sprouts, fries, garlic mash potatoes). She also had a Hepburn and I had a couple of the espresso martinis. I had the special, which was like a surf and turf. When I’ve been here before I’ve had the lentil crusted walleye. It’s never let me down and I’m genuinely jealous we don’t have anything like this back home in a town of over 150k people. 12 out of 10. Would recommend!
Bow & Marrow fills the niche of being basically the only real city style fine dining spot in the region, so they win that category by default. It can be hit or miss depending on expectations, but if you stick to the steaks and walleye you can’t go wrong.
Wonderful atmosphere and ambiance. Lighting and decor are awesome. Food and drinks were amazing. Will be back for sure if traveling through town.
We ate here tonight and were absolutely blown away! I had the ribeye special with a jerk-style seasoning, creamy wine mushroom sauce, and it was hands down one of the best steaks and honestly the best sauce I’ve ever had. Every bite was incredible. The cocktails were amazing as well, and the service was top notch from start to finish. What I loved most was that even though it has a beautiful upscale atmosphere, they truly make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. They also have such a fun kids menu, and our children had the best time too. Such a great experience all around, we will definitely be back!
This place is to die for!! The food was incredible and the staff was ON TOP of things! I took my mom here for her birthday and I loved it, she loved it, and my little brother loved it! If we ever make our way back to Montana we will for sure be going here again. If I could have tipped more I would have as well. The atmosphere was calming, dim but homely and warm. The music was really nice as well! I wish I could have asked if they had a playlist, I did catch a few of their songs to add to my own playlist.
